FREEGLIDE JAM PROOF SAMPLERS
AUTOMATIC / PNEUMATIC OR MANUAL
The FreegIide Inline Samplers are specially designed and engineered so that powder is kept out of the bearings by a special flexible membrane.
This means the sampler will not jam.
The sample is collected in a cup and so is not physically altered by the sampling process. When the sampling cup is retracted the full bore of the down pipe is available for powder flow. Made from FDA acceptable materials and easy to strip down for cleaning

SMARTGLIDE INLINE SAMPLERS
AUTOMATIC / PNEUMATIC OR MANUAL
The SmartGlide is specially developed for sampling dusts, powders and granulates in downpipes.
The sampler is used for freeflowing solids with particle sizes between 1 nm and 10 mm, and is characterized by its
uncomplicated installation and reliable functionality.
The samples are representative and reproducible. In the
pneumatic version and with appropriate control, time-, volume- or event-proportional
sampling can be realized.
Only suitable for free-flowing, free-flowing bulk
materials with grain sizes between 1 nm and 10 mm.
Operation
A cup attached to a piston rod is led into the
falling stream for sampling and filled with the
sample. During or after withdrawal into the
sampler housing, the cup is tilted and the
sample falls out of the ejection nozzle
The supplied TC flange DN80 or DN125 is
welded into the wall of the pipe or chute
according. The sampler is attached to it with a
triclamp. Optionally, a sample collection system
(bottle adaptor or bag holder) is connected to the outlet.
